Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI-optimized content strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
  • Review feedback from AI tools to identify improvement opportunities, report on feedback themes, and propose content solutions.
  • Build and test content storage systems, enabling AI tools to utilize information from various documents, and design corresponding security models.
  • Develop and maintain a "Quick Answers" data source and security model to support AI tools in responding to queries not covered in the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement new content for current and future AI solutions.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant Web Content experience required
     

Experience:

  • 5 Years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in HR.
  • Understanding of LLM models and RAG
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform preferred
  • SharePoint and Workday experience are a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work productively in both individual and team settings
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in large, complex organizational structures with rapidly changing requirements and shifting priorities
