We’re looking for an AI Application Developer to join our engineering team in Austin. In this role, you’ll help build next-generation intelligent applications that bring real business impact. You’ll work in a small, collaborative team where you’ll take on meaningful responsibilities, solve complex problems, and grow your skills quickly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about software development, curious about emerging technologies, and eager to apply AI tools in everyday engineering work.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain AI-enabled applications using modern programming languages.
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs), APIs, and cloud services into production systems.
  • Explore and adopt new AI tools to improve productivity and application performance.
  • Collaborate with teammates to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Solve challenging problems by prototyping, testing, and delivering production-ready software.
  • Contribute to discussions on system design, architecture, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (Our stack is mostly Python and TypeScript but demonstrated mastery of any language is fine).
  • Deep experience using AI tools in the software development process.
  • A growth mindset: adaptable, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to take on complex, unfamiliar problems and drive them to resolution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LLM frameworks (LangGraph, Dspy, Autogen, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of containers and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
  • Database skills (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Understanding of identity and authentication systems (OAuth, SSO, Okta).

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
