Job Description
The AHS Agency Sales Consultant is responsible for recruiting, training, educating, motivating, and maintaining National and Regional Carrier Partners to sell, service and conserve business to ensure profitable growth and to meet sales objectives established for their territory within Individual Health (IH).Key Responsibilities• Meet or exceed assigned production plan
• Recruit, train, motivate and develop producers throughout assigned area in the region
• Recruiting new producers, training, growth objectives for assigned producers, sales production from Workplace and Individual products, achievement of premium growth objectives, and the servicing and conservation of insurance in force
• Responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with Sales Support, Underwriting, Policyholder Services, Billing Support, Compliance, Commission Accounting, Home Office personnel, and Allstate Field Management
• Help analyze markets and formulate recruiting programs, secure producers who will effectively produce quality premiums
Education• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Travel Requirements• Up to 25% as needed
Education & Experience (in lieu)• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation offered for this role is $45,600.00 - 62,700.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
