As an Agility Senior Associate in Corporate Sector, you will contribute to the team by guiding and supporting solution delivery teams in adopting and adapting agile practices throughout the product development lifecycle. Leveraging your advanced knowledge of agile principles you will facilitate group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities to build continuous improvement and high performance. Your expertise in coaching, communication, and leadership will enable you to effectively manage complex projects, foster a culture of innovation, and enable the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, and promote open communication and
- engagement among team members ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals
- Facilitates scrum events including but not limited to; daily scrum, refinement, planning, review, and retrospective.
- Assists teams in resolving impediments regardless of where they are in the organization
- Builds productive relationships amongst the team and follows through on commitments to gain trust and respect
- Leads and coaches the benefits of working in an agile manner, including agile practices, events and techniques to all employees within span of influence
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management
- Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Share Point
- Estimation and Planning skills to ensure the team has a healthy backlog
- Possess knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for teams
- Display knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks, monitoring agility metrics; with the ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptability
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
- Familiarity with customer-centered techniques including user research, UX and UI trends, design thinking, lean startup, customer journey and user story mapping.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Formal training on Agile coaching, such as recognized coaching certifications
- Possess the business acumen required to ensure that goals, scope, and product domain knowledge is shared and understood by everyone on the team as well as possible
- Familiarity with end to end product concepts including brand management, marketing, prospecting, account opening, enrollment, fulfillment, and servicing.
- Familiarity with end to end product development concepts including risk, audit, controls, and legal and compliance
