You're a seasoned Agile practitioner and strategic thinker with 8–12 years of experience leading agile transformations and managing multiple cross-functional teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, especially in the financial or banking sector, and are known for your ability to drive value, foster collaboration, and turn complex challenges into scalable solutions. You have hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence and a passion for continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage Agile delivery across multiple project teams, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
• Partner with client stakeholders in the financial or banking sector to align delivery with business goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure proper usage of Jira and Confluence for effective planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Mentor teams on Agile best practices, removing blockers, and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations, enabling data-driven decisions that maximize client value.
• Coordinate across multiple teams and disciplines to ensure alignment and successful execution of complex initiatives.

What We Look For

• 10+ Years of Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the field of software development/lifecycle
• 8+ Years of Recent Job Family Specific Experience: Experience in roles such as Scrum Master or Agility (not Project Manager or Business Analyst).
• 6+ Years of Recent Experience in Banking/Financial Vertical
• Tooling Experience: MS Office Suite/365, Jira, Jira Align, MS Tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Experience with Agile Coaching
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for building inclusive and results-oriented cultures.
