Our team is committed to enhancing physician and patient quality of life through Elation Health, a SaaS cloud-based clinical platform. Since inception, we’ve focused on building a delightful world-class experience that empowers physicians to deliver phenomenal care to patients. Join our mission as we help to enable every patient to the highest quality of care.

As the Network Development Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Elation’s growth by identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with Independent Practice Associations (IPAs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and other healthcare aggregators. You will own the aggregator pipeline and signing of aggregator partners resulting in a steady stream of qualified leads and demos that fuel the Small Group Sales team.
This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and is passionate about building partnerships that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Aggregator Targeting:
Identify and prioritize high-value aggregator organizations, including IPAs, ACOs, and similar networks.
Maintain a segmented pipeline of target aggregators based on growth potential and alignment with Elation’s strategic goals.

2. Aggregator Pipeline Management:
Build and manage a robust aggregator pipeline, ensuring consistent movement through all stages of the partnership process.
Monitor pipeline health, assessing lead volume, quality, and stage conversion rates, and take corrective actions to ensure goals are met.

3. Aggregator Prospect Engagement:
Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at target aggregators.
Use a consultative approach to identify pain points and demonstrate Elation’s value proposition as a solution to support their network.
Lead presentations, product demos, and partnership discussions to advance aggregator prospects through the pipeline.

4. Sign Aggregator Partnerships that Fuel Growth:
Lead negotiations to secure partnership agreements that generate qualified leads and demo opportunities for the Small Group Sales team.
Ensure partnership terms are mutually beneficial, aligning with both Elation’s and the partner’s objectives.

5. Ensure Seamless Handoffs to Drive Co-Marketing Activities:
Facilitate smooth transitions from contract signing to co-marketing execution, coordinating closely with internal teams.
Conduct formal handoffs with partners, ensuring all relevant information, goals, and commitments are clearly communicated to marketing, partnership, sales, and operations teams.

6. Ongoing Partnership Management

Professional Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or strategic partnerships — healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, especially the role and structure of aggregators (IPAs, MSOs, ACOs, CINs)
  • Prior experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex B2B deals or partnerships
  • Experience selling or partnering around healthcare technology solutions, particularly Electronic Health Records (EHR) and value-based care platforms
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers across provider organizations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, legal, finance, and implementation to bring deals to life
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders

Salary range: $140,000-$150,000 + variable
