DMi Partners is seeking a coordinator to support the Partnership Development Team. This person will assist the team with strategic initiatives that ultimately drive performance for our brands. In this role, you will receive extensive training to equip you with the knowledge to succeed in this emerging and exciting world of Affiliate Marketing. This is a critical aspect of our business, and you will work closely with some of the world’s largest publishers, influencers, and websites to secure promotional opportunities on behalf of DMi’s brands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Quality Assurance: The Partnership Development coordinator will help the Partnership Development team with administrative and strategic initiatives vital to our team’s overarching success. You will be tasked with documenting secured exposure, consistently keeping our partners up to date on current promotions and newly launched products, assisting with compliance auditing, aiding in ad hoc requests, and supporting all partner categories with new and exciting opportunities for our brands.

Recruit & Optimize: Affiliate Marketing is about building relationships and scaling programs with the right partners. You will create relationships with new publishers that you recruit into DMi’s portfolio that will help drive performance across our brand roster. Additionally, you will be arming the greater Partnership Development team with opportunities crafted to hit brand goals.

Research and Assessment: You will be heavily involved in ensuring DMi’s brands are properly being promoted on our partners' sites, flagging missed/new opportunities to the partnership development team, and ensuring our partners are set up for success with our brands.

Learn & Grow: You will go through an in-depth training process and develop a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, the key stakeholders, optimal affiliate partner relationships, DMi’s core differentiators, and DMi best practices that result in success for our clients. Week over week, you will be expected to build upon your knowledge and use that knowledge to support your team members and our brands. As our coordinator grows, they are expected to continuously take on more and get to where they are comfortable independently managing publisher initiatives and relationships.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – and are highly detailed oriented
  • You’re proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • You are resilient and determined – you’re up for a challenge and create efficiencies within your work so you can handle more tasks and responsibilities
  • You are agile and motivated to exceed expectations 
  • You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in collaborative environments

Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000
