PERGOLUX is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in Home & Garden. We design, manufacture, and sell pergolas — helping customers worldwide create their ideal outdoor living spaces. Founded in Norway, we're already making waves in 14+ countries across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America. Want to drive growth at the cutting edge of outdoor innovation? This is the place to be!

As our Affiliate Manager, you will own and scale PERGOLUX's global affiliate program, turning it into a meaningful contribution channel across every market we operate in. You'll partner with AWIN and other affiliate networks to identify, onboard, and grow high-quality publishers — from voucher and cashback partners to content creators, comparison sites, and strategic media partnerships. Your mission is to build affiliate into a profitable, predictable growth engine that complements our paid media investment and delivers strong ROAS at scale.

Your Tasks

  • Own end-to-end management of PERGOLUX's global affiliate program across AWIN and other networks (Impact, Tradedoubler, Partnerize, CJ where relevant), including strategy, partner acquisition, commercial negotiation, and performance optimization

  • Recruit and activate new high-quality publishers across content, voucher/cashback, comparison, and influencer-affiliate verticals, with a focus on diversifying beyond bottom-funnel partners

  • Build market-by-market expansion plans across our 14 markets, prioritizing where affiliate has the strongest fit and unit economics

  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and exposure deals that protect margin while incentivizing publisher investment

  • Monitor partner performance daily, optimize commission rates by partner and product, and cut underperforming partnerships fast

  • Partner with Performance Marketing Managers in each market on co-funded campaigns, seasonal pushes, and exclusive offers

  • Manage program compliance, brand safety, tracking integrity, and fraud detection in close partnership with the analytics team

  • Build a reporting framework that gives Performance Marketing leadership visibility into incrementality, contribution, and partner-level ROAS

  • Stay close to network innovation — first-party data partnerships, CSS, BNPL partnerships, and emerging affiliate models

Your Profile

  • 4-6 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, ideally with at least 2 years managing programs at scale in e-commerce (Home & Garden, DTC, or high-AOV considered purchase a plus)

  • Deep working knowledge of AWIN and at least one other major affiliate network; comfortable navigating partner UI, commission setups, voucher code management, and reporting

  • Proven track record of growing affiliate from a tertiary channel into a meaningful revenue contributor, with concrete numbers you can talk through

  • Commercially sharp — you understand contribution margin, blended ROAS, and the difference between gross and incremental sales

  • Comfortable with multi-market complexity; experience running affiliate across multiple countries and currencies is a strong advantage

  • Strong publisher network and the ability to build new relationships quickly

  • Analytical and data-driven; fluent in Excel/Sheets, comfortable with attribution debates, and able to use Looker or similar BI tools

  • Native or near-native English; additional European languages (German, French, Italian, Norwegian) are a plus

  • Available to work from our Berlin office four days a week

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary – Your contribution is rewarded with strong, market-aligned compensation

  • Company Pension Scheme – Benefit from a company-supported pension plan to help secure your long-term financial future

  • Real Ownership – Take meaningful responsibility in your role and directly influence key business outcomes

  • International Team – Collaborate with passionate colleagues across Europe, North America, Australia, and South America

  • Outdoor Lifestyle Discounts – Exclusive discounts on PERGOLUX products

  • Fast-Track Career Opportunities – As we scale quickly, you'll have significant opportunities to grow into senior leadership roles

  • Team Culture – Be part of regular team events, retreats, and a culture that celebrates wins — big and small

  • Bike Leasing Program – Sustainable and cost-effective bike leasing option to support an active lifestyle

We look forward to receiving your application and resume!
