The RoleAs our Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition through WPT Global’s affiliate programme across a variety of international markets. You will collaborate closely with country managers and internal stakeholders to ensure we work with the strongest affiliate partners and influencers in each region.
Your focus will be on recruiting partners, optimising performance, improving traffic quality, and helping affiliates convert effectively — all while growing long-term, high-value relationships.
This is a full-time, remote role and will require occasional business travel.
Requirements
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing.
- Very good standard of written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of partners and deals concurrently.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- Proactive, willing to go the extra mile in a startup environment.
- Team player able to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Recruit new affiliates, partners, and influencers to promote WPT Global, including deal setup and tracking within the affiliate platform.
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance using KPIs such as conversion rates, player value, and ROI.
- Understand how each partner’s traffic impacts the health of our poker ecosystem.
- Identify and cultivate top-performing partners and develop incentive programmes to reward them.
- Create promotions and communications for affiliates.
- Develop affiliate recruitment and programme marketing campaigns.
- Implement strategies to improve the quality and yield of affiliate partners.
- Implement reactivation strategies for inactive partners.
- Maintain daily communication with key partners to maximise their efforts.
- Attend industry events and stay up to date on the latest industry trends.
- A second language, especially Spanish or Portuguese.
- Previous experience with Branch.io, Appsflyer, or similar platforms.
- Prior knowledge of poker and the online gaming industry.
