Now Hiring: Affiliate & Business Development Manager to join our awesome team.

Location: remote in Europe or LatAm.

🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:

  • Identify and recruit new affiliates, referrals & partners to expand our network;

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to onboard and activate new referrals & affiliates;

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to achieve KPIs and objectives;

  • Analyze affiliate performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to evaluate program effectiveness;

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance campaign performance and program ROI;

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.

🧑‍🚀 About You:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a similar field;

  • Are fluent in English; 

  • Feel comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and can meet tight deadlines;

  • Can work on multiple projects at once and excel at project management;

  • Work well independently and with a team;

  • Have good collaboration skills.
