What you’ll do
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean principles and process standardization to drive efficiency and effectiveness across operations.
- Identify root causes of process deviations and implement control mechanisms and tools to prevent non-conformances.
- Analyze performance data to uncover inefficiencies, determine root causes, and recommend data-driven solutions that deliver measurable improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across cross-functional teams.
- Drive standardization efforts to ensure consistency in reporting, operating procedures, and execution methodologies.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize tools, systems, and dashboards for tracking project performance, reporting, and driving improvements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to capture lessons learned and identify actionable improvement opportunities.
- Lead targeted improvement initiatives based on insights from lessons learned and performance feedback.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation, optimization, and accountability at all levels of the organization.
- Engage and influence Aero HQ functions (e.g., Global Supply Chain, Engineering) to align and drive cross-functional improvement efforts.
- Establish and manage leadership rhythms to report progress on standardization, continuous improvement, and total installed plant cost reduction initiatives.
- Model and promote effective meeting practices, including clear agendas, timely distribution of pre-read materials, action tracking, and consistent follow-up.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business from an accredited university or college and/or equivalent knowledge / experience.
- Experience in process improvement, Lean, change management or operational excellence roles.
- Experience leading or actively contributing to complex projects, preferably within multinational and cross-functional teams.
- Significant complex project management experience in the energy industry in related functions, including proven functional leadership experience.
- Experience with Aeroderivative project execution.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
