We’re seeking a strategic and organized Advisor Marketing Lead to evolve and scale our advisor support offerings. This role will lead key initiatives across performance analysis, process optimization, advisor engagement, and documentation. You’ll bring a blend of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to continuously improve how we support financial advisors — ensuring offerings are impactful, scalable, and aligned to firm-wide goals.
This is a fully remote position.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $105,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do. Primary Job Functions
Innovate & Optimize Offerings
Drive continuous improvement of our advisor marketing support model through data analysis, advisor feedback, and industry insights.
Identify opportunities to scale through people, process, and technology enhancements.
Analyze organic growth performance and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Create strategic content — including case studies, lookbooks, and presentations — to showcase advisor success and drive adoption.
Streamline Processes & Documentation
Oversee Salesforce campaign setup and assist with tracking results and oversee support ticket resolution, ensuring timely and high-quality remediation.
Build clear, centralized documentation and process workflows to improve internal efficiency.
Identify barriers to growth and help advisor teams and the advisor marketing team connect with the right corporate resources.
Advisor Engagement
Foster trusted relationships with advisor teams to gather feedback, understand evolving needs, and promote best practices.
Lead advisor surveys and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Champion the voice of the advisor in cross-functional planning.
Team Collaboration and Future Growth
Partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to align efforts and support firm-wide growth.
Actively contribute to team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Pitch in beyond your role as needed — we’re a collaborative, hands-on team.
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing or sales enablement experience required.
Financial services marketing experience preferred.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Technical aptitude: Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly. Proficiency in working with CRM systems required, Salesforce a plus.
Travel up to 4 to 6 times per year for business purposes.
Data mindset – Review, observe and identify trends and make recommendations off of data
Ability to put yourself in an advisor’s shoes and understand the dynamics of their practice.
Tenacious about meeting and exceeding goals.
Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service mindset. Persuasive, polished, and able to establish credibility quickly.
Graciously accepts and provides constructive criticism. Listens well, asks great questions.
Comfortable in ambiguity
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Lead level is $87,400.00 to 131,100.00.
