Job Summary
The Advanced Implementation Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading full lifecycle client deployments of MeridianLink software. This includes configuration, training, and ongoing managed services. The role acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment of consulting engagements.
-Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and contribute to product/process enhancements.
-Create foundational client environments and manage site migrations.
-Support onboarding and training of new team members.
-Manage project schedules, proactively resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
-Deliver high-quality, responsive client service throughout the deployment cycle.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
-Strong SQL/Python and scripting skills; familiarity with database management systems.
-Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
-Skilled in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
-Experience working independently on high-impact, complex projects.

Salary range of $90,000 - $125,000. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
