Position Overview

As the Adobe – Partner / Client Lead at Acxiom, you’ll serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact, championing Adobe’s success with Acxiom’s innovative products and services.  The Partner / Client Lead serves as the account owner and is responsible for leading, managing, and growing the client and partner relationships with Adobe across Acxiom’s product and service portfolio.  Leveraging deep knowledge of Adobe’s industry and Acxiom’s products, this role increases product adoption, demonstrates advanced features to drive business value, and recommends solutions to meet client objectives. The role focuses on business growth by selling additional Acxiom products and relevant professional services to Adobe’s marketing organization, via market-facing product integrations, and as a subcontractor to Adobe Consulting Services.  Your leadership in this role will ensure best practices are adopted and that Adobe extracts maximum value from every Acxiom investment. The primary Adobe relationships that you will be managing are 1) Adobe technology partnerships team 2) Adobe Global Marketing 3) Adobe Consulting Services / Sales Operations Services.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of the client and partner relationship with Adobe, acting as the main point of contact for Acxiom’s products and services.
  • Drive revenue growth, maintain run rate and profitability targets, and achieve sales goals for the client and partner growth motions
  • Oversee consultative account management, regularly reviewing performance, identifying opportunities, and communicating new Acxiom support options.
  • Provide expert advice to Adobe, innovate via product features, and help realize maximum value from Acxiom solutions.
  • Identify and sell additional services, including subcontractor services related to Adobe professional services and use of Acxiom products.
  • Ensure adoption of best practices for all Acxiom products and services to maximize client value.
  • Lead or facilitate contract negotiations, including new business, renewals, and necessary paperwork (e.g., SOWs).
  • Manage Salesforce CRM records for sales, revenue, and account details.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Delivery Support, and more—to manage escalations and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Develop and deliver market-facing sales materials, business reviews, and proactive proposals.
  • Support Adobe in reselling Acxiom product integrations, and align with cross-agency leadership for joint sales pursuits.
  • Monitor and manage performance metrics, ensuring delivery of integrations and satisfaction with timelines and commitments.

  • Partner management: Expert in leading partner growth plays including product integrations and martech / data management / ai services
  • Revenue Driver: Proactive in generating incremental revenue and identifying growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years in marketing tech, AdTech, and digital marketing services.
  • 5+ years in account leadership roles managing multi-functional teams.
  • 4+ years in solution sales, with a proven track record in target achievement.
  • 5+ years in partnership management
  • Experience managing complex, high-visibility relationships with multiple business lines.
  • Adobe Experience Platform Sales Accreditations and/or 2+ years utilizing Adobe Experience Cloud for content and B2B marketing
Preferred
  • Ability to understand and align services with client business priorities and value propositions.
  • Experience in marketing data, analytics, ad tech and / or martech
  • Strong networking, influence-management, and strategic facilitation skills.
  • Proven communication, organization, and project management abilities.
  • Experience with data-driven digital marketing and real-time personalization tactics.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills.
