Acxiom is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Integrations Developer to lead the planning, design, and development of enterprise-grade integrations between Adobe Experience Platform and Acxiom’s data and identity solutions. This role is critical in shaping a robust, end-to-end solution that unifies technology, data, and identity into a cohesive offering. The ideal candidate will serve as both an architect and a hands-on developer, taking ownership of integration strategies and execution. They will work within Acxiom’s product team and collaborate closely with stakeholders across Acxiom and Adobe, including product engineering, solution engineering, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market teams. This is a strategic role that requires both technical expertise and cross-functional leadership to drive innovation and deliver impactful customer solutions.

What You Will Do: 

  • Help Shape and Align on Innovation Strategy and Use-Cases  
  • Collaborate with product and partner stakeholders to align digital initiatives with end customer business objectives, technology features and AI innovations  
  • Co-develop digital roadmaps, success metrics, and KPIs that guide execution and measure impact. 
  • Architecture and Planning: 
  • From strategy and planning, lead the architecture and development roadmaps that will blue print the execution from development to testing and deployment 
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AEP implementation, including Solution Design Requirements (SDR) and data layer specifications. 
  •  Integration Development, Deployment and Management 
  • Lead integration implementation and configuration of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including schema design (XDM), dataset creation and AEP services (e.g., Real-Time Customer Data Platform - RTCDP). 
  • Integrations will cover Identity resolution, digital recognition, paid media connectors, customer and prospect data configuration, compliance management extensions, agentic AI-based exploration tools and future integrations  
  • Implement strategies for collecting and integrating both first-party and third-party data into Adobe's Experience Data Model (XDM) within Tags extensions and other AEP services. 
  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for data privacy and consent management within AEP and Tags. 
  • Develop and maintain clear and thorough technical documentation for AEP configurations, Tags implementations, and integration blueprints. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Experience Platform features, Tags capabilities, and industry best practices in data management and digital marketing. 
  • Be trained and stay up to date on the full suite of Acxiom identity and data solutions

What You Will Have: 

  • Ability to prioritize, focus, and manage multiple complex workstreams with strict attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CRM, DMPs, CDPs, content platforms). 
  • At least 8 years of solid development experience in a relevant field, with a strong focus on digital analytics, data integration, or marketing technology. 
  • Strong proficiency in Javascript and Node.js for developing custom extensions and implementing advanced functionality. 
  • In-depth understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) architecture, implementation, and integrations, including schema design (XDM), datasets, identity resolution, and AEP Data Collection. 
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform Tags (formerly Launch), including its core components (properties, rules, data elements) and the extension development process. 
  • Proven experience integrating first-party and third-party data into XDM via Adobe Tags and other AEP services. 
  • Familiarity with JSON Schema for defining extension configurations and data elements. 
  • Experience with Command Line Interface (CLI) tools for AEP and Tags development workflows. 
  • Ability to work with Adobe I/O projects and credentials for authentication and platform interaction. 
  • Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CRM, DMPs, CDPs, content platforms). 
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills for complex digital environments. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating complex technical solutions into clear, client-oriented diagrams and presentations   

 

What Will Set You Apart: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • Adobe certifications in Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., AEP, RTCDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target). 
  • Experience with other tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium). 
  • Knowledge of other Adobe Experience Cloud products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Adobe Audience Manager. 
  • Experience with web and mobile SDKs for AEP data collection. 
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). 
  • Experience in an Agile development environment. 
  • Knowledge of Acxiom data products 
  • Knowledge of marketing data and marketing data management practices. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
