Encora is looking for a Customer Experience Personalization Engineer to join one of our largest healthcare clients!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Adobe Target activities (A/B, multivariate, experience targeting, recommendations, etc.) using both client-side (at.js) and server-side approaches.
  • Develop and manage Profile Scripts and audience segments within AEP to enable targeted personalization.
  • Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Launch (ADC) for optimized tag deployment and data collection.
  • Implement flicker-less logic and performance optimization techniques for seamless user experiences.
  • Write and maintain custom JavaScript code for personalized experiences, mboxes, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to define personalization strategies and KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Adobe Target implementation and provide scalable solutions.

  • Ensure proper data layer implementation and integration
