Remote entry-level data entry role responsible for accurately entering and verifying client and account data, performing regular checks and audits, correcting errors, maintaining data confidentiality, and supporting account managers to meet deadlines.

We are seeking a Remote Data Entry/Entry Level candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and maintaining data integrity. No prior experience is required for this position, as we will provide the necessary training. The candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently.
We are looking for an organized individual proficient in using excel, Google Sheets, Calendly, and other software programs. Assisting account managers with bank accounts reconciled with data entry assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into the systems
- Process data work between accounts manager and clients
- Verify data accuracy and completeness
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular checks and audits
- Identify and correct errors in data entry
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Work with a dedicated team to ensure timely data entry and support
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Able to meet deadlines
