Job Description
Join the high-paced customer-facing team supporting Minuteman III (MMIII) System Program Office (SPO). You will support the leadership team by managing "front office" activities, tasks, and duties. You will act as a critical support staff to the MMIII director and his/her office team. You will interact with high ranking Air Force military and civilians on a daily basis, ensuring clear communications and coordination throughout the organization. You will provide accurate and timely updates regarding required meetings, phone calls, travel, conferences, and taskers. You will develop innovative solutions to shifting priorities to assist MMIII leadership to meet their recuring obligations to the mission and the organization.

Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to support meetings in person or via media platform such as MS Teams.
- Ability to attain a Secret Clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant to a military, government, or business leader of a medium to large size organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Certification as a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Executive Administrative Professional (CEAP).
- Proficiency in additional software applications, such as project management tools or customer relationship management systems.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including creating dashboards and visualizations.
- Experience with JIRA software by Atlassian.
- Familiarity with AI applications for generation of first draft material/products to the list.
