The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to teams, schedules meetings, manages travel arrangements, and assists with project-related tasks.

Common and Baseline Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department, or group in the firm.
- Organizes and schedules meetings and appointments.
- Assists studio leaders with travel arrangements and/or expense reports as needed.
- Provides support to the Office Manager or Talent Manager for special projects as needed.
- Assist PM/Principals in creating consultant agreements and/or Owner/Architect agreements using AIA software as needed.
- Assists Project Teams.
- Orders lunches and sets up for internal meetings and client meetings.
- Provides support for front desk, including answering phones, receiving and distributing packages as needed.
- Sends correspondence to Consultants and General contractors.
- Requests Certificate of Insurance certificates from legal department.
