TechOp Solutions is seeking Administrative Support Specialist to provide full-time administrative support to our Federal client. The Support Specialist will perform a broad range of administrative, clerical, and communication functions supporting leadership team and staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities with professionalism in a fast-paced government environment.
- Perform standard and non-standard administrative duties to support offices and management.
- Provide receptionist duties — greet visitors, answer calls, and route inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain appointment calendars; schedule meetings and teleconferences.
- Compose and respond to routine correspondence and manage email communications.
- Support vehicle mileage tracking and equipment inventory.
- Prepare meeting materials, record and distribute minutes, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist with timekeeping through GovTA, maintain personnel files, and run attendance reports.
- Compile and organize budget information, reports, and recurring documentation.
- Maintain databases, shared drives, and post order tracking spreadsheets.
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- BA/BS
- Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), database systems, and office equipment
