About this PositionThe Administrative Assistant 1 provides administrative support to Officers and staff of 75. The Assistant schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, prepares spreadsheets, organizes and maintains files, copies and faxes, basic data analysis and completes other duties as assigned.This is an onsite position.
The estimated salary range for this role is: $38,400 - $50K based on experienceResponsibilities & Qualifications
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains curriculum materials by state, including, personalized study plans, exams, state outlines and reviews
- Prepares and maintains documents using Microsoft Suite
- Screen and prioritize telephone calls
- Deliver accurate, high-quality work within a specified deadline and timeline
- Performs various administrative duties to ensure efficient operation of the department
- Respond to inquiries
Experience, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- 3-5 years administrative experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects is required
- Ability to work effectively with vendors, associates and leaders at all levels
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint is required
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and inter-personal skills
