ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Answers phone calls to provide customer service for a variety of requests
- Handles daily deposits, deposit reports, and delivery route paperwork
- Processes accounts payable invoices through DocuWare software
- Processes house account orders
- Compiles and keys data to create various spreadsheets and reports for the Management team
- Coordinates employee drug tests and obtains related paperwork
- Contacts employees for annual documents (DL, Car Insurance, DOT Medical Card, etc.)
- Coordinates employee uniform orders and invoicing with the Payroll Department
- Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and maintains office files
- Operates office machines such as PC, copier, scanner, and adding machine
- Follows all company policies and procedures
- Other duties may be assigned

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. The employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
