Primary Accountabilities
- Campaign Trafficking & Management: QA tags & pixels, setup, execute, manage discrepancies and optimize campaigns across various platforms
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance; optimize accordingly based on data insights and ensure client benchmarks are met
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to delivery, tracking, or performance within a timely manner
- Collaboration: Work closely with account management, creative, planning, sales, and analytics teams to align strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors for implementation, troubleshooting or performance reads
- Create and maintain processes for using new and emerging ad products
- Create and maintain advertising best practices as it relates to the use of creative assets and targeting
Required Qualifications
- Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Extensive knowledge of Javascript and HTML, especially as it pertains to Ad Tech
- Experience working with DCM, Flashtalking, Amazon, DV, IAS and MOAT tags
- Analytical and creative thinking

- Technically minded
- Flexible schedule, as occasional check ins after hours and on the weekends may be needed
- Must have experience in digital ad creation and have thorough knowledge of major DSPs
- 1-2 years experience in digital advertising operations
