About the role: 

*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).*

Fubo’s Ad Sales organization is currently seeking a Advertising Sales Operations Analyst  to manage the execution and optimization of advertising campaigns while supporting inventory analysis and yield strategy across direct IO, programmatic, and owned & operated platforms. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of digital ad operations, trafficking, campaign delivery, and inventory forecasting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, and drive revenue growth through operational excellence and data-informed insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Traffic and monitor campaigns across direct IO and programmatic channels to ensure accurate implementation, timely launches, and full delivery in line with client expectations.
  • Manage and optimize programmatic deals, private marketplaces, and third-party creative integrations across SSP and DSP platforms.
  • Identify campaign delivery issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement timely solutions.
  • Analyze inventory availability and , sell-through to inform ad sales proposals and ad ops optimizations. 
  • Participate in cross-functional calls to map out campaign deliverables and complex executions based on agency/client specifications.
  • Track digital viewership trends and model ad inventory capacities based on audience projections to support media planning and pricing.
  • Analyze CPMs, fill rates, eCPMs, and other key performance metrics to identify revenue opportunities and suggest pricing optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal  teams and key ad tech partners to align forecasting tools and develop workflow/process improvements that enhance customer experience and campaign performance.
  • Provide ad hoc ad server, SSP and inventory reporting as necessary.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related subject.
  • One to three years of digital ad operations, campaign management or yield/inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, digital ad servers preferred. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • At ease working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Has a strong desire to grow in both analytical and professional skills

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $75,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $90,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's equity plan, annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
