  • Work with standards and protocols like VAST, VMAP, MRAID, OpenRTB, SCTE, SSAI/CSAI, and related ad serving technologies.

  • Familiarity with ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, CDNs, and measurement vendors.
  • Working knowledge of ad delivery standards (VAST/VMAP), programmatic protocols (OpenRTB), and common tracking methods (beacons, macros, event pings).
  • Ability to break down technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Comfort working cross‑functionally and owning solutions from discovery to delivery.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in fast‑moving environments.
  • Bonus: experience with JavaScript, APIs, log analysis, or video/streaming infrastructure.

Who You Are
  • Curious, collaborative, and comfortable jumping into ambiguous problems.
  • Confident working with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Someone who enjoys connecting the dots between technology, business needs, and user impact.

Employees at all levels are expected to:
  • Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.

  • Be an active part of the Net Promoter System - a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company - by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.
  • Drive results and growth.
  • Support a culture of inclusion in how you work and lead.
  • Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.
