Job DescriptionServe as subject matter expert for ad operations, quality assurance, and troubleshooting on topics such as ad formats, viewability issues and the following repsonsibilties:
- Oversee and execute the implementation of multiple, concurrent ad campaigns across display and paid social, from start to finish, and ensure successful, timely execution according to contracts/IOs, media plans, and client KPIs.
- Manage programmatic inventory, trafficking, and revenue
- Optimize inventory management for ad placements on owned and operated channels (display and paid social), newsletters, native content, and others, updating and training internal teams as needed.
- Serve as a support lead for sales and marketing teams, providing expert knowledge on all digital capabilities.
- Work with clients and agencies to manage the technical implementation of third-party rich media creative.
- Track and optimize campaign performance over time and provide performance and trend data to help shape future campaign strategy.
- Manage weekly and monthly client reporting
- Research, pitch, and help implement strategies and tools to improve ad serving, reporting, creative development/management, audience growth, and general campaign performance metrics (viewability, fraud, conversion, etc.).
- Coordinate with outsourced vendor and network partners, handling administrative and technical tasks associated with launching campaigns.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects related to digital media/ad ops and advertising technologies.
- 4+ years experience in an advertising operations, paid social and/or audience development role, either at an agency or at a publisher preferred.
- Required skills: Google Ad Manager, proficiency in third-party tracking tags/pixels and reporting platforms, data analysis, client facing experience, personnel management.
- Preferred skills: Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest), Funnel, Asana
- Google Workspace, Dropbox, Slack
- Well-suited to work in a nimble, highly matrixed environment
Salary Range: $30-40 per hour
Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and other factors.
