Responsibilities
  • Quantify program impact - Perform actuarial and claims analyses that quantify program value and uncover new growth opportunities for both clients and product teams.

  • Own customer reporting - Deliver standardized financial and clinical outcome reporting for our customers, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery

  • Elevate our analytics stack - Automate workflows, enhance documentation, and champion best practices across Google Sheets/Excel, Looker, BigQuery, and dbt

  • Co-engineer predictive models - Collaborate daily with senior actuary and data scientists to build, validate, and iterate financial models that power strategic decisions

  • Drive cross-functional impact - Partner with Commercial and the broader Advanced Analytics & AI team on projects that streamline processes and scale insights

  • Be the analytics “help desk” - Handle incoming stakeholder and client inquiries regarding data and models

  • Step up as a client-facing SME - Within 6 months, join customer calls to present findings and answer actuarial and analytics questions, extending your influence beyond internal teams
