As an Actimize Solution Engineer, you will work at the interface between the compliance team and IT. In this varied and responsible role, you will support the technical development and implementation of our applications in areas such as Transaction Monitoring, Market Surveillance, Trading Compliance and Advisory & Suitability Controlling with the Compliance teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Elicit, capture, and analyze business and technical requirements, then translate them into robust solution concepts and effective implementation strategies.
- Implement, upgrade, and enhance NICE Actimize solutions, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Deliver high-performance, reliable solutions that meet industry standards for security, quality, and performance.
- Be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
- Share your expertise within an agile team environment, and help standardize IT systems across our globally active business units.
- Higher education in computer science, business informatics, business administration and several years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience with NICE Actimize, including development, implementation, system upgrades, and component customization.
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, process consulting, and solution design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in an agile environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
