Position Summary:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for deeply understanding our customers and market, crafting compelling product positioning, enabling Sales and CS, and driving successful go-to-market strategies for new launches. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Strategy—helping ensure our products resonate in the market, deliver measurable value, generate pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

Essential Duties:

Persona & Messaging Development (25%)

  • Maintain up-to-date buyer and user personas for Hotel Effectiveness, aligning their jobs-to-be-done with product capabilities. Contribute to persona-specific messaging and positioning. Support the development and maintenance of value propositions for each product and module. Manage the proof stack and partner with Editorial to fill case study gaps.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Campaign Execution (20%)

  • Tier product launches by impact (T1/T2/T3) and contribute to matching execution. Develop comprehensive GTM briefs that include target segments, messaging, and campaign goals. Collaborate with RevOps, Demand Gen, and Sales to execute campaigns and track performance.

Customer & Market Insights (20%)

  • Support the win/loss analysis program for Hotel Effectiveness, including conducting interviews for won and lost deals. Collaborate with Strategy and Editorial to publish bi-monthly customer and market insights briefs. Monitor and share key industry news weekly. Maintain a repository of impactful customer quotes and success metrics.

Sales & Customer Success Enablement (20%)

  • Create and maintain enablement assets such as sales decks, one-pagers, objection-handling docs, and demo scripts. Manage updates in Highspot and Storylane. Ensure messaging consistency across onboarding materials and CS decks. Build tailored collateral for strategic accounts and support RFPs. Maintain and update the External Roadmap Deck quarterly.

Competitive Intelligence (10%)

  • Support the development and maintenance of competitive battlecards, including SWOT analysis, pricing comparisons, and differentiation messaging. Monitor competitor news and product releases. Surface key insights and gaps to inform Product and roadmap discussions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting (5%)

  • Track the impact of product launches and campaigns on sourced and influenced pipeline. Monitor win rate improvements and Sales NPS from enablement feedback. Contribute to regular reporting on attribution and engagement with PMM assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in SaaS or a tech-enabled industry.
  • Proven success launching products or features and driving measurable impact across pipeline, adoption, or retention.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-facing messaging.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Highspot, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

  • Collaborative Operator - Works well across departments, balancing stakeholder input while driving toward outcomes. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative to move projects forward.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset - Able to conduct market, customer, and competitor research, draw insights, and make data-informed decisions that support business goals.
  • Project Management & Prioritization - Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and asset updates without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Additional Information:

  • Compensation: $105,000-$125,0000 base salary, with a 5% bonus annually.
  • Work Environment: This role is hybrid (2-3 days per week) in Actabl's downtown Denver office.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, conferences, or training sessions. This could include both in-state and out-of-state travel.
