About your role

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive growth across our acquisition channels. Sitting within the Integrated Marketing team, this role ensures our integrated campaigns come to life across the full customer funnel — from first click to product engagement and upsell

You’ll lead the charge in activating our messaging across performance marketing, Web/SEO, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) touchpoints. You’ll be a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, bringing together marketing, creative, product, product marketing, engineering, and external agencies to deliver coordinated, impactful marketing experiences.

How you will make a difference day to day

  • Own and operationalize acquisition strategy in partnership with Product, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Web/SEO, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing (LCM), ensuring that campaign messaging is deeply integrated across all channels and that all channels are delivering against key business outcomes
  • Take a leading role in identifying gaps in user experience within the product, and collaborate with PMM and other marketing and product teams to improve the experience for our customers and acquire new customers efficiently
  • Lead go-to-market execution for integrated campaigns, mapping customer journeys, and aligning messaging across the full funnel
  • Serve as the project lead from strategy to execution — managing timelines, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders
  • Partner with Product and LCM to optimize onboarding, cross-sell/upsell journeys through add-on experiences, bringing acquisition strategy post-sign-up/free trial experiences
  • Report on acquisition performance across all channels, coordinating with Performance, SEO, Content, and Lifecycle teams to build a holistic view of what's growth, gaps, and opportunities
  • Translate insights into action by working with Business Intelligence, Finance, Performance, and Creative teams to test, iterate, and improve acquisition flows and campaign performance
  • Champion best practices in project management, ensuring workback plans and go-to-market timelines are met
  • Coordinate with external agencies or contractors as needed to ensure consistent campaign execution and implementation

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in acquisition, integrated, or product marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition journeys and conversion levers across performance, SEO, and lifecycle channels
  • Expert at making data-informed decisions, experimentation, and marketing performance tracking
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional campaigns end-to-end, working seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing teams
  • Experience collaborating with content, product, and LCM teams to deliver personalized, optimized user experiences
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills — you can align stakeholders and tell a compelling story

Bonus if you have

  • Experience in legal tech or other highly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with AI/ML platforms or marketing AI solutions to small businesses or consumers
  • Tools you’ve used: Figma, FullStory, Pendo, Google Analytics, Iterable, or similar

Not sure if you meet all the qualifications? Apply anyway! We value diverse experiences and encourage you to bring your unique talents to our team!
