Atlantic Health Strategies is growing and seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy Accreditation Support Specialist to join our behavioral health compliance team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, learning complex processes, and using technology to improve outcomes. You will partner with behavioral health organizations to support accreditation and compliance initiatives while learning the accreditation process from start to finish through hands-on training and mentorship.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with behavioral health experience who wants to build a long-term career in healthcare compliance and accreditation consulting.

What You’ll Do

• Support behavioral health clients throughout the accreditation process
• Educate and guide clients in a professional B2B environment
• Utilize Atlantic Health Strategies’ proprietary software platform to track compliance and accreditation progress
• Assist with accreditation applications, documentation, and process management
• Monitor timelines, tasks, and client deliverables
• Help clients understand accreditation standards and readiness expectations
• Collaborate with internal accreditation specialists and compliance teams
• Participate in ongoing training to learn accreditation processes from start to finish
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed
