In this role, you will champion exceptional customer experiences by expertly resolving billing inquiries and ensuring legendary customer service. You'll master all accounting responsibilities to drive peak efficiency, optimize Accounts Receivable collections to achieve timely payments and eliminate overdue balances, and coordinate customer corporate governance documents and information requests using historical data. Your focus will be on ensuring zero bad debt provisions and maintaining a DSO below 30 days, alongside managing credit card payments. You will cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external partners, continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve processes. Ultimately, you will embody our Phillips Community Performance Standard and contribute to delivering Legendary Customer Value, making our customer's "happiest day" a reality.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $50,000.00 and $60,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities. - Advanced experience in working on Excel.
