Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,900 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Toronto, Guadalajara, Dallas, and Paris.

We're looking for an Accounts Payables Clerk to join our growing Accounting team. You’ll report to the Director, Accounting and will work onsite from our Santa Ana, CA headquarters Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do:

• Entry of Accounts Payable into Coupa software / Microsoft Dynamics Navision 

• Review and Approve Accounts Payable entry for G/L and Department Coding Accuracy

• Processing outgoing payments including checks, wires, and ACH

• Reconciliation of vendor statements

• Respond to emails relating to vendor inquiries

• Month End Journal Entries and Accounts Payable Reconciliations to support the close

Who You Are:

• 1-3 years of relevant payables, receivables, or accounting experience preferred

• BA or BS Degree in Accounting/Finance or 4 years of relevant work experience required

• Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience preferred

• Coupa and Netsuite Software experience preferred

• Intermediate to advanced Excel

• Excellent communication and writing skills in response to vendor inquiries

• Work efficiently, seeking to improve improve processes

• Able to multitask in a fast paced, high volume environment

• Google Suite experience a plus

Hourly Rate: 

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $27.50. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
