About the Role

Join our team as an Accounting Associate and become the reliable engine behind our day-to-day finance operations. You’ll support journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close tasks while owning critical transactional workflows. You’re organized, detail-driven, and eager to learn, ready to free up senior team members by taking ownership of key processes.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense categorization using tools like Netsuite and Ramp
  • Help team members with recurring tasks and financial data prep, freeing them to focus on automation and analysis
  • Maintain organized support documentation to meet audit, compliance, and internal reporting standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather financial inputs, flag discrepancies, and improve accounting workflows
  • Take ownership of foundational finance operations and grow into more advanced responsibilities over time
What We Need
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Foundational knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP principles
  • Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; Netsuite or similar ERP experience is a plus
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of data
  • A team player who can take ownership of small tasks and grow into big ones
