Our Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) team empowers decision-making through rigorous analysis of financial and operational data. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support client engagements by developing management reports, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial models. You will also lead data analytics initiatives that uncover insights and drive strategic outcomes for our clients.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial data, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both internal teams and clients. You will collaborate across service lines and industries to deliver high-impact solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
  • Design and build client management reports and dashboards using financial and operational data
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial models
  • Perform data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for client decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize reporting processes and automate workflows
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders
  • Support onboarding and ongoing engagements with data-driven reporting tools
  • Mentor associates and contribute to team development
  • Engage with clients across various industries to support strategic planning and performance improvement
  • Leverage technology to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and client experience
WHAT WILL YOU NEED
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or FP&A
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with accounting and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in client-facing advisory or consulting roles
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages
  • Experience with automation tools and workflow optimization
