About the Role
The Business Operations Account Servicing Associate is responsible for a variety of business processing functions striving to optimize the customer experience, and ensuring that compliance and business objectives are being met. Throughout the post-enrollment customer life-cycle, the Specialist will provide key support in driving process improvements, automation and standardization throughout the organization. This role will also monitor and analyze operational performance against established goals and objectives to provide better visibility to senior management. The successful candidate will be a well-organized, analytical, results-driven individual with experience reviewing & improving current processes, establishing new processes and is able to communicate across business units.
What You’ll Do
- Act as key liaison across the three operational units (Enrollment, Client Service, and Settlements) to ensure business and compliance standards are working properly and being followed
- Will be responsible in processing daily transactions per the customer request submitted via the Client Service Department
- Analyze daily reports regarding exception management, creditor correspondence, and customer account changes
- Maintain integrity of customer account information within CRM (Salesforce)
- Manage communication structure and timing for key program milestones and all payment-transaction related events
- Process customer account updates within CRM system
- Perform accuracy checks on established business processes
- Other duties and special projects, as required
What We Look For
- Exceptional ability manage individual time and tasks in order to meet or exceed productively goals
- A candidate with a minimum of 1-2 years of financial industry / banking experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently on all levels
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative to ensure tasks are completed
- Work collaboratively within a team atmosphere
- Customer service skills when interacting with co-workers, vendors or visitors
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED) ; Recent College Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (not required, but nice to have)
