At Northwood Ravin, we’re known for creating some of the most distinctive luxury apartment communities in the Southeast. That same level of care and precision extends beyond what residents see, it’s embedded in how we operate every day.

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator who takes pride in accuracy, ownership, and doing things the right way. This role is an integral part of the financial operations that support our development, construction, and property teams.

The Opportunity

In this position, you’ll manage the flow of financial activity across multiple communities and projects—ensuring invoices, payments, and reporting are handled with consistency and attention to detail.

You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners, supporting day-to-day accounts payable as well as construction-related payments and project closeouts. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency and integrity of our operations.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Managing invoice processing, coding, and payment execution
  • Supporting construction draws, pay applications, and project closeouts
  • Coordinating weekly and monthly funding cycles
  • Partnering with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting financial reporting

This is a role for someone who enjoys being organized, values precision, and understands the impact of getting the details right.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation in accounts payable or accounting, along with strong Excel skills and comfort working within structured systems. Experience with Sage or Timberline is preferred.

More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You’re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results.

Why Northwood Ravin

We believe exceptional communities are built by exceptional people and we are intentional about supporting both.

Our team is supported through competitive compensation, housing opportunities within our communities, and an elevated benefits experience designed to promote well-being, financial stability, and life beyond work.

We offer retirement planning with company match, generous paid time off, and dedicated time to give back through volunteer initiatives.

Our commitment to you evolves over time—through expanded time off, enhanced retirement contributions, reduced benefit costs, and meaningful recognition at key milestones.

Our Culture

We’re collaborative, accountable, and committed to excellence in everything we do. There’s a shared pride in our work and a shared understanding that the details matter.

If you’re looking to be part of a team that operates with intention and high standards, we’d love to connect.
