This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a full-time Account Manager to join their growing digital marketing team. They operate within the digital marketing industry and have built a strong reputation in recent years by delivering consistent results for high-value clients and maintaining long-term partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, is comfortable managing multiple high-ticket accounts, and values long-term relationships over short-term wins.
Manage a portfolio of +10 high-ticket client accounts.
Oversee accounts with moderate to high monthly recurring revenue levels.
Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts with significant total recurring revenue, depending on account mix and scope.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
Coordinate internally with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Track account progress, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools.
Maintain accurate documentation, updates, and reporting across internal systems.
Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for account growth or optimization.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
Prior experience working within a digital marketing agency environment.
Proven history of long-term employment and stability in previous roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable managing high-revenue accounts and client expectations.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Own computer and reliable internet connection.
At least 3 years of experience within digital marketing agencies.
Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
