Role Overview:
This position is responsible for managing and growing a regional portfolio of elementary school partners. This role blends sales, account management, and partnership development. The ideal candidate has experience working with or within elementary schools, understands the needs of diverse student populations, and is comfortable building strong relationships with educators and district leaders, This role includes both virtual and in-person engagement and requires travel to schools, districts, and regional events.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & New Partnerships
- -Identify and engage prospective elementary schools and districts.
- -Present product demonstrations and articulate the value of Lirvana Labs’ solutions.
- -Manage all stages of the sales process, from lead qualification to closing.
- -Achieve regional sales targets aligned to organizational growth goals.
- Account Management & Customer Success
- -Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned schools and networks.
- -Support onboarding, implementation, and professional development activities.
- -Ensure partners experience smooth rollouts and ongoing value.
- -Maintain high levels of partner satisfaction and support renewal processes.
- Partnership Development
- -Build and maintain relationships with district administrators, instructional leaders, and community organizations.
- -Attend and support regional conferences, workshops, and partner events.
- -Strengthen referral pathways through ongoing relationship management.
- Data-Driven Targeting
- -Use available data sources—including NCES—to identify high-need schools and align outreach strategies.
- -Track progress through CRM platforms and follow established workflows.
- Renewals & Expansion
- -Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with existing partners.
- -Support multi-school and district-wide adoption through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Travel Requirements
- -Travel up to 30% for school visits, district presentations, events, and conferences.
- -Ability to drive between sites as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, sales, or school partnerships (elementary experience strongly preferred).
- Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging school and district leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales or partnership pipeline.
- Experience supporting program implementations in school settings is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and prioritize effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30%.
- Passion for improving educational outcomes and supporting diverse learners.
