What We Need:
The Account Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of Business Development. This team member is responsible for managing and maintaining all customer relationships after the sales process. This role will be responsible for working cross-functionally in the organization to ensure all customer needs are met.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with the Sales team to develop client proposals with pricing schedules and an implementation timeline.
- Partner with the implementation team to communicate all account information and develop a implementation plan to ensure clients receives proper onboarding with departments and systems training.
- Partner with the Network Management team to identify services that can be improved upon or added services Synapse Health can propose to clients.
- Serve as the direct point of contact for all Synapse Health accounts and assist with resolving all customer questions, billing questions, and prompt customer satisfaction. Clearly communicate any account changes to cross-functional teams.
- Responsible for reviewing, managing and maintaining all client contracts, account information, and pricing sheets for document retention purposes.
- Perform semi-annual reviews with each client to ensure all needs are met at a satisfactory level.
- Perform additional job duties as assigned.
What You Have:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry in an inside sales or lead generation position.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems.

- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate analytical skills when problem-solving.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
