- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, including experience with strategic selling or negotiation training.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Experience with AutoCAD, NX, and Catia.
- Extensive knowledge of processing and automation.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel globally.
- High integrity, confidence, and collaborative spirit.
- Awareness of ISO 9001 standards and departmental policies and procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Strong technical background with the ability to walk customers through complex integration processes and address technical queries.
- Engage with customers to thoroughly understand their project-specific requirements, ensuring customized and effective solutions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer engineering specifications, organizational structures, and key purchasing drivers.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding a sales team to develop process and estimate a solution
- Present offers to customers, clearly articulating the details and value of the solution.
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize long-term sales and profitability.
- Meet regularly with customers through phone calls and in-person meetings to build relationships, understand evolving needs, and provide ongoing support.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide management with detailed customer feedback and suggestions for improving sales, market share, and profit margins.
