We seek a driven and passionate Account Manager to join our team to drive retention and growth for our enterprise accounts. As a Cloudinary Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and retaining existing client relationships and closing new growth opportunities across Cloudinary’s full suite of products.  Prior experience managing accounts and selling Saas in the enterprise space is required. This person must be a self-starter who can manage a large book of customers and create processes at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close expansion opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position Cloudinary's solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to deliver exceptional service and client support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best media management and optimization practices.
  • Maintain accurate and current account and opportunity forecasting within internal sales tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to serve clients better.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in an account management role 
  • Proven history of over-achievement and meeting targets in account management and/or sales roles within the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
