Job Description
As an RCM Specialist II at Ensora Health, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, payment posting, and collections processes that keep our revenue cycle running smoothly. You’ll maintain customer accounts with precision and help us meet service-level agreements, all while supporting a positive experience for our clients.- Process billing and post payments accurately and on time.
- Apply payments to accounts and resolve minor discrepancies.
- Support routine collections efforts, including sending reminders.
- Maintain accurate vendor and customer account records.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer denials and ensure AR stays within SLA targets (>90 days <20%).
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in billing or collections.
- Familiarity with billing and collections processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain consistency and accuracy across interconnected tasks.
