ACCOUNT MANAGER & NEW CLIENT ACQUISITION INTERN (REMOTE | PAID + COMMISSION)

Leads GM Energy’s customer success and experience strategy across products, channels, partners, and the customer lifecycle. Defines customer journeys, KPIs, scalable engagement and resolution processes, and CX transformation initiatives. Advocates for customer needs across cross-functional teams, oversees launch readiness and platform improvements, manages escalations, develops executive relationships, and builds a high-performing customer success organization.

Leads an engineering team building scalable ML data infrastructure, including data ingestion, processing, storage, access, pipelines, and analytical platforms. Defines architecture, evaluates technologies, improves performance and reliability, translates data requirements into technical solutions, and ensures governance, security, and regulatory compliance. Provides mentorship, strategic roadmap input, and cross-functional collaboration with ML engineers, data scientists, platform engineers, and product teams.

Manages Chevrolet dealership relationships across the Rochester district, coaching dealer leadership, analyzing sales and market performance, improving inventory planning, launching products and programs, driving vehicle and service sales, resolving concerns, and ensuring compliance with GM standards. The role requires frequent territory travel, strong business planning and communication skills, data analysis capabilities, and legal ability to operate a motor vehicle.
