Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales activities and drive business success with a strategic Key Account in your region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the customer’s commercial and technical teams through proactive, solution-oriented communication.
  • Map and monitor the customer’s organizational structure and identify changes that may impact FNST’s business.
  • Identify risks early within the customer portfolio and collaborate on strategic mitigation plans.
  • Act as the primary regional contact for all commercial and technical inquiries, including support for innovative, customer-specific product developments.
  • Serve as the escalation point for ongoing production-related topics within the account.
  • Contribute to regional and global annual operating plan (AOP) development, aligning customer-specific strategies with long-term business goals.
  • Lead contract and project negotiations with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Initiate and manage customer-specific activities to promote FNST’s products and innovations, and support broader marketing initiatives.
  • Execute quotation processes and ensure smooth execution of new project launches.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitive dynamics relevant to the account.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, engineering, marketing, and production teams to manage the current business portfolio and successfully launch new opportunities.
  • Champion FNST’s value proposition in the marketplace and strengthen our position as a trusted partner.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent

  • Aggressive self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to details requiring minimal supervision

  • 3+ years of experience managing strategic key accounts within automotive or large industrial customers

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset

  • Ability to travel 30-40% as required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude

  • Experienced in managing long-term projects (e.g. PPAP)

  • Technical experience with seals, polymers, and/or vehicle systems are a significant plus.
