We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to support our sales efforts, engage with potential clients, and help grow our customer base. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment. We would also love someone who possess a law degree and have experience working in M&A or corporate law (this would be a great addition but not necessary). This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, particularly in the legal or tech industry.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients dealing with tricky business closures.
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule meetings.
Support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and tracking key metrics.
Provide product demonstrations and educate potential clients on our solutions.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Gather and report customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and product development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
Legal background, law degree, understanding of M&A and corporate law (preferred but not necessary)
4+ years sales experience in SaaS/Startup environment; in Legal-tech, Fintech, HR-tech.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable conducting outreach and engaging with potential clients.
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred but not required).
Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Compensation: Total package of $130k - $170k including OTE
