About the Role

As an Account Executive at Tava Health, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how companies approach mental health. You’ll lead conversations with Human Resources (HR) and benefits leaders, guiding them through a consultative sales process that highlights how Tava’s in-network, no-cost model removes barriers to care and makes a real impact on employees’ lives.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll be responsible for pipeline generation, opportunity management, and closing new business. You’ll partner closely with marketing, clinical, and customer success teams to create seamless handoffs and deliver lasting value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting HR and benefits leaders at companies seeking better mental health solutions

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with benefits brokers and consultants to drive referrals and expand reach within target accounts

  • Develop a deep understanding of Tava’s in-network model and clearly communicate its value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and consultative buyer journey

  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets while helping refine and scale our sales playbook

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication, discovery, and consultative selling skills

  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tech stack

  • Self-motivated, organized, and energized by a mission-driven team
