Role Overview:

In this role, you will contribute to the success of our team by executing key tasks that support our mission to help more students thrive. You will assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with colleagues to drive positive outcomes. Your efforts will directly support the long-term growth and impact of our organization in the early childhood education sector. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the planning, development, and execution of key projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in data collection and analysis to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency across the department.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and project timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance team productivity and overall project outcomes.
  • Support daily operations by managing tasks and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes. 
  • Actively identify and generate new sales leads through proactive outreach

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years of selling into net new logo prospects  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving processes as the market changes. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and G-Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • proven track record of exceeding sales quota

  • Fair, Competitive Pay:  We ensure equal pay for equal work, using consistent salary bands based on market benchmarks, reviewed annually. Prior salaries, negotiation skills, or fear of conflict don’t influence your pay.
  • Salary Range:  $80,000 - $90,000 base, determined by your experience, skills and internal equity.
  • Comprehensive benefits:  We offer an inclusive benefits package to support your overall well-being. Eligibility depends on your role and employment status.
