Location
This position is based in the United States, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with e-commerce and SaaS companies.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Kintsugi’s solutions can meet their needs.
Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring consistent progress towards sales targets.
Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach, understanding the unique needs of each client and positioning Kintsugi’s solutions to effectively address their specific requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategies, share customer insights, and ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales through to post-sales.
Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing sales strategies.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of selling software solutions to e-commerce and SaaS companies.
Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the e-commerce and SaaS markets, including key challenges, trends, and opportunities in these sectors.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Remote Work Experience: Experience working in a remote environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively manage a remote sales process.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech, sales tax compliance, or related software solutions.
CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines, track sales activities, and generate reports.
