Zoom is looking for an Account Executive to sell our Workvivo Employee Experience Platform. Our Acquisition AEs are tenacious hunters and prospectors that create opportunities to sell the entire Workvivo platform. AE's grow awareness, adoption, and deployment across current Zoom customers as well new prospects.

About the Team

The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting - edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a sales cycle - outbound lead generation, customer engagement, cross-sell, business case development and contract negotiation

  • Partnering with Zoom Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers

  • Conducting high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives

  • Meeting or exceeding sales objectives at the Mid-market & Enterprise level

What we’re looking for

  • Have experience (4+ yrs) in an Account Executive role

  • Have experience in selling within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of success

  • Have experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintain business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situations

  • Be able to establish trust with prospective customers and run a full sales cycle

  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Be able to develop and maintain relationships with high-level clients.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$160,000.00

Maximum:

$326,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
